Refund and Cancellation policy
If a customer puts a vehicle with Revolt's charging, the charging amount is refundable, if the unit is malfuctioned and not able to give the eletricity for charging thier vehicle (The vechile should be compaiable to particular charging station). In the event the customer requests for cancellation of the charging after completion of the charging successfully, the customer shall not be entitled to any refunds.
All eligible refunds shall be processed by us within a period of 7 working days.
Please note that the Customers will be eligible for refunds only for the charging amount paid by the Customers. Policy will be updated any time without the notification of the user. So user should look for the updated policies and can continue the service with us.
